Partial Refunds: After successful activation, we provide a 50% refund option, as the activation process incurs costs for our company. The partial refund amount is calculated based on the remaining unused period, using the formula:
Refund amount = 50% * (total paid – using period and transaction fees)
Please be aware that we do not process partial refunds for the 1-month trial test subscription, as it is specifically designed for trying out the services.
